Modern Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cooking that uses a heated, flat-surface hot plate to cook food which Chef Edwin is an expert in, he will assure you a truly unique dining experience.

He has worked in the Restaurant industry in Japan Since 1997, he also worked in Cyprus from 2008 to 2012 and the Join us at Zen Restaurant.
