He has worked in the Restaurant industry in Japan Since 1997, he also worked in Cyprus from 2008 to 2012 and the Join us at Zen Restaurant.

Chef Enrico Cordero is of Philippine origin and is in charge of the Thai and Chinese dishes at Zen Restaurant.
He will pamper you with only the finest cuts of meat or fish and the freshest of ingredients.
He has worked in the Restaurant industry in Philippines for 18 years and is highly qualified in Thai and Chinese Cuisine.
He has also worked in Nairobi for 2 Years from 2008 to 2010 before coming to work in Kigali With Zen Restaurant.
